2. Milk bottles

Used in the 1950s with a cardboard cap. The cardboard cap was a favourite with children to make woollen pom-poms by piercing a hole in the centre and wrapping wool round and round the card.

Donated by Richard Farnsworth. Once used at Ryecroft Farm, Dore Road.
