2024 is a significant year for the library. Totley Library first opened its doors in its current location 50 years ago in February 1974.
October 2024 marks Totley CRIC’s first decade as a volunteer-run Library.
As part of our commitment to providing facilities and events for young chidren we are holding a Children’s Author and Illustrator event at Totley Library Friday 16th February 10am – 12 noon. Please join us for a morning of fun and activity.
Meet local children’s author, Joe Moorwood, and children’s illustrator, Anna Stephenson.
Signed copies of their books, “The Outside is Inside” and “Beyond the Brambles” will be available for sale or can be ordered on Amazon or borrowed from the library.
Listen to a story, talk with the author and illustrator about how the books were created and enjoy an art activity.
This event is suitable for primary age children. Children should attend with parent or carer.
