Dore Village Society Membership Form

When anyone joins the Dore Village Society we keep a record of their details so that we can communicate with them.
The data we will hold is:

• Title
• Name and address
• Phone number(s)
• Email address(es)
• The subscription amount paid and if Gift Aided
• Date of payment of membership subscription

Our use of members' information is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This requires us to process personal information fairly, lawfully, and in a transparent manner. We will only use the information:

• To maintain a record of who is a member of the Dore Village Society.
• To communicate with members about any aspect of the Dore Village Society and its activities.
• To compile our annual accounts.
• To recover money from HMRC for subscriptions paid through Gift Aid.

We will not share data with third parties unless legally required to do so.

You can pay by credit or debit card, direct debit (GoCardless), bank transfer (BACS), cheque, or cash.
If you are paying by direct debit please note that the form you complete will not request either an amount or a payment date. Once your request has been received our Membership Secretary will email you requesting the date and amount of your payment.
